Procon Group Inc. completed an industrial facility retrofit within a newly leased warehouse space in Mississauga, Ontario, coordinating the construction work required to prepare the facility for food production and ongoing operations. The project involved interior construction, building-system modifications and coordination of multiple trades within an existing industrial facility.
The existing warehouse was adapted to support the operational requirements of a food production business. Procon coordinated architectural, mechanical and electrical work while integrating the new construction with existing building conditions and infrastructure.
